Lithium Polymer Battery tabs
Lithium Polymer Battery tabs are the original material for lithium-ion polymer battery products.
The positive electrode uses aluminum (Al) material,
The negative electrode uses nickel (Ni) or nickel-plated copper (NICU) material.
The electrode is made of film and metal strips,
The insulating part film on the tab prevents a short circuit between the aluminum-plastic film and metal strip when the Lithium Polymer Battery is made and heats (about 140°C) the aluminum-plastic film to avoid the short circuit from occurring leakage.
The Lithium Polymer Battery tab is made of two pieces of film (ordinarily black, white, and single-layer), sandwiching the metal strip in the middle.
The vinyl film has a three-layer structure:
PE: melting point of 66°C
PP: melting point of 105°C
Melanin: melting point of 66°C
The Lithium Polymer Battery tab connects, conducts, and seals for connecting the battery;
The Lithium Polymer Battery tab combines tab glue and aluminum-plastic film, electricity comes out through the Lithium Polymer Battery tabs, and the circuit appears;
